Design, build, and implement BI dashboards and analytics solutions for clients using Power BI and related tools.

Tasks

-Design BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long-term roadmap and final solution -Focus on client delivery and key stakeholder management -Contribute to Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory and process for developing custom dashboards -Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboards -Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work -Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements -Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools -Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream -Support the development of the analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope, and investment -Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements -Proactively analyze the client’s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities -Support the client and account team to design, build, and implement dashboards aligned with the client’s BI platform and global data strategy initiatives

What You Bring

-High Level of critical thinking and judgement exercised daily -Alteryx is preferred -Need to have a problem solver mentality -Business analytics or data visualization software -Must be a US Citizen as this is a federal project -Strong communication skills -Power Automate/Apps is a plus -Ability to manage key client and account team relationships -Handling commercial real estate data is a plus (Space and Occupancy, Facility Management (CMMS System)) -Power BI is preferred -Ability to gather requirements, communicate with the business, and build final solution from a technical and business perspective -SQL is preferred
