Tasks

-Actively listen to prospect needs and show available apartments. -Follow all fair housing compliance laws and regulations. -Assist with resident relations and functions. -Thoroughly walk apartments to ensure move-in ready. -Process resident screenings and prepare lease documents. -Provide exceptional customer service to all prospects and residents.

What You Bring

-A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail -Must be available to work Saturdays. -High School diploma or equivalent -Prior experience in property management is preferred -Proficiency in MS Office and property management software -The ability to convert leads into tours. -Two years of experience in sales and customer service -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
