Tasks

-Coordinate with engineering disciplines on technical details. -Conduct research on client requirements and architectural standards. -Review shop drawings and monitor construction progress. -Assist in developing projects from initial survey to construction phases. -Contribute to design concepts and presentations.

What You Bring

-Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on various projects. -Exposure to building types such as transportation, education, commercial, industrial, and government projects. -Strong communication skills and attention to detail in design tasks. -Familiarity with International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and related standards. -Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software like Enscape or Lumion. -Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. -Proficiency in software such as Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
