Tasks

-Actively reinforce general and legal compliance and requirements regarding quality, health, safety, sustainability, and environment (“QHSSE”). -Identify cost reduction opportunities, preferential pricing, payment terms, and partnerships to bring more value to the business. -Train the team and key users, communicate with Fugro colleagues about the purchasing management process and any other relevant areas as required. -Support professionalism, effectiveness, and efficiency by delivering bottom-line cost savings. -Manage an efficient working process. -The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for all the purchasing department's activities in Fugro. -Actively engage with the business and develop key relationships with business stakeholders to assess the actual purchasing situation and identify improvement opportunities, and help to align with the Global strategy. -Processes and procedures for purchasing in line with SSC requirements. -Manage KPIs for spend under control with a purchase order, 3 quotes per purchase, delivery performance, and savings. -Manage, motivate, and identify relevant training needs of the Purchasing team with a dynamic, enthusiastic approach.
