Tasks

-Manage project financials and billing -Manage and delegate tasks to Project Coordinators -Plan and track project timelines and milestones -Handle contract changes and scope modifications -Oversee labor planning and resource allocation -Conduct project closeout and lessons learned -Identify and secure new project opportunities -Coordinate with field teams, clients, and design professionals -Lead budgeting and cost estimation efforts -Oversee material delivery and installation -Manage submittals and approvals for materials and services -Maintain clear and timely project documentation -Ensure safety and quality control across all project phases -Build and maintain client relationships

What You Bring

-Proven experience as a Project Manager on data center projects from an electrical or mechanical subcontractor -Experience in electrical or mechanical construction -Familiarity with low voltage systems, electrical materials, and technology integration -Strong people management and financial acumen -Knowledge of electrical materials and low voltage systems -Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Ability to manage large-scale projects ($70M+)
