Tasks

-Lead site assessments and contribute to strategic planning advice -Provide high-quality planning advice to clients across a range of sectors -Support business development through client relationships and repeat work -Manage and deliver statutory planning projects, development applications and due diligence assessments -Supervise and mentor junior and student planners -Engage with local and state government agencies, clients and sub-consultants

What You Bring

-Professional memberships -Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning (or equivalent recognised by PIA) -Proven track record preparing and assessing planning applications of varying complexity -Current driver’s licence -PIA membership or eligibility (preferred) -Minimum 6 years’ experience in statutory or strategic planning, ideally in private consultancy -Sound knowledge of Queensland planning legislation and development processes -Strong report writing and communication skills
