Responsible for budget and scheduling resource management at the operating group level
Identify hiring needs and participate in hiring, discipline, and dismissal decisions if needed
Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct planning and scheduling activities

Review major mitigation efforts for conformance to company standards
Collaborate with Business Development on proposals, leading project pursuit strategy regarding schedule and risk identification and mitigation
Coordinate and lead corporate planning and scheduling improvement initiatives and best practice sharing
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Provide oversight of planning and scheduling activities on all projects within an operating group
Provide oversight and supervision of scheduling team, including coaching, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations
Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and manage performance
Ensure corporate planning and schedule standards are implemented and all project-related activities comply
