Overview
Provides first‑line IT support, user management, device configuration, and system admin assistance.

Tasks
-Create, configure, and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. -Contribute to system upgrades, roll-outs, and IT projects while following security best practices. -Perform onboarding tasks including account setup, hardware allocation, and IT orientation. -Act as first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system. -Install and update applications, security patches, and endpoint protection. -Configure, deploy, and image laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for office users. -Assist the IT Manager with monitoring and maintaining servers, networks, and security tools. -Support backup, recovery, and data protection procedures. -Manage off-boarding: disable accounts, recover assets, and archive data. -Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and common fixes. -Maintain group policies, security groups, and access control to meet IT policy requirements. -Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. -Maintain accurate hardware inventory and asset records.

What You Bring
-Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills. -Familiarity with IT security practices including MFA, endpoint protection, and encryption. -Experience with IT asset management tools and ticketing systems. -Comfortable supporting both on-premises and cloud-based systems. -Practical understanding of basic networking: LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and firewall fundamentals. -Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role. -Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
