Assist in mine planning, data analysis, and support mining operations.

Tasks
-Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, including internal customers and peers -Assist with drilling and exploration operations; locate project exploration holes and assist with geologic logging and quality sampling -Perform all activities in accordance with the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values, and in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and Code of Ethical Business Conduct -Digitize and analyze geological data to help develop geologic models and maps -Monitor and track mining progress, identifying and addressing deviations and recommending reconciliation plans -Collaborate with project and cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, learning and applying continuous improvement methodologies to deliver desired business results -Transform data into information, information into insights, and insights into value creation -Through strategic thinking, manage and create easy to follow plans to guide both mining team and site for planning and development -Work with operations management and mining engineers to develop short, mid-range, and life-of-mine plans for mining sites

What You Bring
-Knowledge in AutoCAD, GIS applications, and Microsoft Office computer skills -Superb time management and judgement skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks -Pursing a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, civil engineering, or geology -Regular travel to operations required to assist the operations teams in achieving established goals. Some out-of-town travel may be required. -Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated with the ability to work productively in both individual and group settings -Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing
