The Role

Overview

Accurately bill customers, resolve billing issues, and support billing performance metrics.

Tasks

-Setup or remove customers from Summary (collective) billing, assist with all inquiries on summary billed accounts. -Responsible for resolution of billing exceptions including but not limited to billing and invoicing errors and outsorts, meter reading errors/implausibles, out of balance completing cases on time to prevent billing delays and completion of all work in support of achieving Billing SQI’s and Customer Service KPI’s. -Other tasks as assigned including but not limited to MIMO corrections, Billing FUA’s, posting reads, report review/reconciliations, Green Power, NEB emails. -Monthly bill review as assigned and participate in price change testing as needed. -Effectively communicates with Billing Team, Customer Service and other business areas on billing and customer inquiries.

What You Bring

-Excellent oral and written communications skills -Net Energy billing tasks including but not limited to setups and removals, bank transfers and various other NEB tasks as assigned. -Customer Centric (internal and/or External) -Associate’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience preferred. -Strong knowledge of electric rate structure -Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. -Proficiency in Excel, Word
