Assist in creating and modifying 3D BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Engage in learning opportunities to expand knowledge of BIM software, MEP design principles, and industry trends
Participate in design review meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
Support coordination and clash detection, identifying and resolving conflicts between MEP systems and other building elements
Assist in producing drawings, schedules, and reports derived from the BIM model
Contribute to our open-source coding platform BHoM (bhom.xyz).
Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and efficient modelling practices
Support maintaining and organizing BIM files, adhering to company standards and best practices
Develop automated solutions to augment and enhance our BIM processes

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or Engineering with a background in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Interest and/or experience in visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper), coding (Python, C#)
Familiarity with BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, is preferred
Basic understanding of MEP systems and their integration in building design
Proactive learner with a desire to expand knowledge and skills in BIM and MEP design
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
