Tasks

The position may require managing multiple projects simultaneously, with occasional travel to office and site locations. Lead constructability and design assurance reviews Support development of risk registers and project HSQE documentation Ensure a smooth design-to-construction handover process Capture lessons learned to inform continuous improvement You will work closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with programme requirements. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are key to ensuring seamless project execution. Experience working within regulated project environments Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools Our client is seeking experienced Pre-Construction Managers to lead multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams across major projects. This role will ensure the successful transition from pre-construction through to delivery, driving technical assurance, buildability, and commercial efficiency. Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH) Strong understanding of project delivery, construction processes, and HSQE Our client is looking for individuals with strong technical grounding, commercial awareness, and proven leadership capability within complex project environments. Professional accreditation is encouraged; senior candidates should already be chartered or actively working toward it.
