Lead architectural design, coordination, and project management for data center projects.

Tasks
-Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents including redlining, detail review, QA/QC check, and consultant coordination -Attend and conduct presentations -Execute the process of preparing and completing usable construction document detailing solutions -Assist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorship -Develop & present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholders -Translate concepts and information into images -Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations -Assist with creation and management of project schedules -Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products -Work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with the Project Manager -Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project -Manage client relations

What You Bring
-Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together -Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential -Apply knowledge of construction methods and timelines -Technology : Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus -Certification : Professional registration or anticipation of registration -Acumen for how things are built and constructability, and the ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budget -Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required -Experience : 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture, including- -Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities -Experience managing large teams on large-scale projects (required) -Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules -Education : Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required -Strong attention to detail and analytical skills -High commitment to QA/QC -Demonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practice -Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence -Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment
