Tasks

You’ll be at the heart of our credit control and sales ledger processes—making sure cash is allocated correctly, customers are set up smoothly, and our internal teams get the support they need. -Helping us improve our CRM and internal processes -Allocating daily cash and reconciling it like a pro -Reviewing credit for new customers and setting up their accounts -Running monthly statements and adjusting consolidated invoices -Sending out welcome emails that make a great first impression -Processing card payments, credit notes, and vehicle sale invoices -Investigating unallocated cash and chasing it down -Keeping our monthly cash files neat and up to date

What You Bring

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven, proactive team player to join our finance crew. If you love keeping things organised, solving puzzles (especially financial ones), and working with great people, this role is for you. -Experience with Access Dimensions, Focal Point, or aCloud CRM -Experience in a credit control or sales ledger role -GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above) -Solid skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook -CICM qualification or working towards it
