The Business Development Manager will be responsible for executing CAM’s growth strategy in the United States, focusing on expanding our footprint within industrial facilities along the U.S. Gulf Coast. This role requires identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Business Development, this individual will collaborate with Operations management, the Director of Business Development, and the proposals team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Travel as required to support business objectives and foster client relationships.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to position CAM as a preferred service provider.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities along the Gulf Coast, developing strategies to secure service agreements and drive revenue growth.
  • Expand CAM’s service offerings with existing clients by identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Provide insights and updates on key pursuits, industry developments, and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent CAM at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Partner with Operations to develop win strategies, pricing models, and risk mitigation plans for proposals.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business development efforts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or business management within the industrial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze large datasets to drive decision-making.
  • Strong existing network of industry contacts and client relationships across the region.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of securing contracts and expanding business within the Gulf Coast industrial sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
