Tasks

-Process all project requests for the homebuilding Divisions. -Proof all advertising materials for correct content and ensure proper disclaimers and licensing -Upload files to the Digital Asset Management system. -Assist with training of Divisional Marketing team members. -May be tasked to assist Divisional Marketing Leadership with tasks such as creative production, -Attending virtual production/staff meetings. -Co-host weekly Division meetings and assist with preparing reports and follow-up from meetings. -Collaborate with Marketing leadership to problem-solve and advocate for Divisions/special -Work with the merchandising department on Division office and Welcome Home Center creative -Occasionally travels for team and division meetings. -Train, oversee, and manage the Digital Ops Specialist position. -Traffic all projects promptly to meet deadlines. -Adhere to all internal procedures for trafficking projects. -Share best practices with Divisions. -Create and process legal reviews/feedback on behalf of the Divisions, as necessary. -Provide back-end project management support with a friendly and caring demeanor. -Confirm deliverables comply with National brand standards, are on schedule, and of superior -Assist with research opportunities. -Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes. -Executes persistent follow-up with the divisions and communicates deadlines for specific tasks.
