Overview

Coordinate customer care for 500 residential units, manage defects and resident queries.

Tasks

-Raising defects and scheduling contractors efficiently -Managing customer care for a portfolio of 500 residential units -Processing and coordinating defect reports (currently 200-250 emails per week) -Working effectively under pressure to meet service standards -Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with residents

What You Bring

-Proven experience in a customer care role -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and work well under pressure -Strong organisational and administrative skills -Knowledge of COINS software -Previous experience within the house building sector -IT proficiency
