Design & support ITS communications systems, architectures, specs, with multi‑disciplinary teams.

Tasks

-Assist with the development of communications system designs to meet the functional requirements of the project. -Work with teams of multi-disciplinary civil and electrical engineers to develop projects. -Provide comments for shop drawing review. -Assist with the development of ITS plans, specifications and estimates. -Assist with the development of ITS System Architectures.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution. -Valid Driver’s license. -Engineering in Training (E.I.T) or the ability to obtain the E.I.T is a plus. -Experience with Visio and Microsoft Office. -Experience with MicroStation CADD. -Understanding of power distribution and low voltage systems. -Minimum 5 years related experience in ITS and traffic engineering. -Must have strong oral and written communications skills -Design/Build experience is a plus.
