-Talent Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our internal database to identify and attract high-quality candidates. -Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough telephone interviews to assess suitability and fit. -Talent Pool Management: Engage and nurture candidates to ensure we have a strong pipeline of future talent. -Data: ensuring our ATS is updated in timely manner. -Data Integrity: Champion accurate reporting and maintain high standards of data quality across all systems. -Relationship Management: Coordinate interviews, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
