The Role

Tasks

Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you will be responsible in assisting the team with the day-to-day coordination and administration of all Customer Care within the business, ensuring that all communication with our customers is documented and effectively communicated to the wider team. -Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers and Contractors prior to arranging any meetings with customers for the Head of Customer Care. -Ensure the Customer Care department is compliant with all the companies’ policies and procedures -Coordinate maintenance operatives, suppliers and subcontractors. -Review and record all communication with customers on the Denbury Homes database. -Acknowledging and escalating complaints in line with the company policy. -Update Clixifix system in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the Head of Customer Care has up to date records on a frequent basis and that KPI’s are met. -Answer all phone calls, emails, and any other enquiries; and provide detailed reports to the relevant persons within the organisation. -Provide feedback to the Construction/Operations team -Ensure all remedial works are tracked and monitored to ensure they are executed to the required standards within the agreed timescales. -Work alongside others and take instruction to learn the company processes, develop construction knowledge, including the New Homes Quality Code, Builders warranty and the NHBC standards -Ensure improvement of customer satisfaction ratings

What You Bring

-Knowledge of the housebuilding industry is desirable. This role is suitable for individuals looking to progress within the industry. -Able to work independently, ensuring our aftersales service is impartial. -Good verbal and written communication skills -IT competent -Self-motivated individual who can evaluate and analyse information in a logical manner. -Able to think strategically and learn to coordinate complicated work programmes. -Excellent communication skills
