Tasks

-Ensure clinical practice complies with legislation, professional guidance, and industry standards. -Ensure staff have adequate equipment and processes. -Ensure equipment calibration and regular checks. -Maintain local clinics to SEQOHS standards. -Support the OH Business Plan and implement actions per company strategy. -Maintain staff morale and retention through positive management. -Identify and address skills gaps through training. -Promote the use of the eOPAS software system. -Manage a regional team of OHAs/OHTs, ensuring service delivery aligns with RPS policies. -Resolve complaints and service delivery issues promptly. -Provide commercially viable solutions. -Ensure clinical operational performance meets KPIs and SLAs. -Ensure clinical staff are trained and competent. -Advocate high H&S standards, report incidents, and assist with investigations. -Handle significant events per RPS Data Protection and Significant Event Procedures. -Monitor staff utilisation, maximise efficiency, and address resource/workflow shortages.
