Resolve issues with yards and customers
Assists with applying for liens and monitoring the time cycle associated with them
Assists with posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions daily
Occasionally, will move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.

Assists with keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks
