Maintain and support WordPress sites, troubleshoot hosting issues, and create content.

Tasks

You will be involved in website maintenance and support (WordPress websites, including plugin, theme, and core updates), technical troubleshooting (Hosting, DNS & SSL issues), improving ongoing websites and getting involved in blog posts and webinars.

What You Bring

-Commercial experience of HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress. -Familiarity of DNS, SSL, or website hosting environments. -cPanel, Git, or WP-CLI experience -Eagerness to learn and develop technical and client-facing skills. -Understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools. -Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Ability to manage multiple support requests with attention to detail. -Experience in the arts, culture, and heritage sectors
