What You Bring

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar EPC Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the solar industry, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of our solar EPC division. -s:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus -Proven track record of successfully securing and managing large-scale solar project -Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and business analysis -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill -Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the solar industry or a related field -Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suit -Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholder -Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, EPC processes, and market dynamic
