-Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product -Review and analyze project cost control documents -Preparing project status presentations & update reports -Create, maintain, and analyze financial models and databases. -Analysis of complex commercial construction project schedules -Compile detailed research, fact finding, and analysis -Reviewing estimates & cost reports
