Tasks

-Build strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local stakeholders to generate opportunities. -Maintain accurate records of opportunities, actions, and outcomes. -Ensure all opportunities meet the company’s commercial and operational requirements. -Develop and drive a dedicated off-market land acquisition pipeline. -Use land research tools and mapping software to identify and evaluate target sites. -Track and report progress against agreed performance indicators. -Apply effective negotiation strategies to bring sites to a deliverable legal position.

What You Bring

We are seeking someone with a proven track record in land acquisition and lead generation within a land-led environment. You will thrive on converting opportunities into successful outcomes, bringing tenacity, adaptability, and creativity in engaging with landowners and agents. Above all, you’ll be motivated by making deals happen and seeing tangible results. You’ll use your experience in land research, mapping software, and your established contacts to source commercially suitable sites. Drawing on strong communication, resourcefulness, and negotiation skills, you’ll be instrumental in moving opportunities through to legally robust and deliverable positions. -5+ years’ experience in a land acquisition or related role. -Full UK driving licence. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess commercial viability. -Capable of prioritising workload and thriving in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits

Salary - £60,000 plus uncapped commission
