Support the implementation and evaluation of emergency response plans. Participate in drills and exercises to enhance the company's preparedness for potential emergencies.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance communication regarding safety initiatives and procedures. Assist in the creation of safety awareness materials and campaigns.
Contribute to the development and delivery of safety training programs. Assist in organizing and coordinating safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
Conduct routine safety inspections at job sites to identify and address potential hazards. Collaborate with safety professionals to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Stay informed about industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to safety. Support efforts to ensure Potelco's compliance with relevant safety laws and regulations.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date safety records, including training records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
Compile and analyze safety data, incident reports, and near misses. Assist in the development of reports to identify trends and recommend proactive measures to enhance safety performance.
