Tasks

-Maintain cooperative and productive working relationships and communications with all employees. -Redesign existing products to achieve new requirements, features, cost reduction, or updates due to obsolete components or to reach the current 'state of the art'. -Assist key stakeholders in sales, marketing, service, production, drafting, design, procurement, supplier, and operations personnel in technical matters and direction. -Accomplish the engineering design, development, modification, or adaptation of products by conducting analysis and testing for the validation of products. -Solve functional, application, or production problems and improve the functional capabilities of existing products. -Facilitate cross-functional discussions. -Independently apply engineering knowledge, experience, and education to complex or demanding engineering tasks. -Organize, prioritize, and complete work assignments with quality and in a timely manner.

What You Bring

-Good knowledge of ECAD tools and mechanical CAD tools, with experience in Altium Designer and NX being a plus. -Experience in reading and understanding mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PCB layout, and PCB drawings. -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university or related degree. -Basic knowledge of digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, PC data acquisition hardware, inspection equipment, signal generators, power supplies, RF equipment, and current probes. -3+ years of experience in managing PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) and PCBAs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies). -Respond with commitment and sensitivity to satisfying the needs of internal and external customers. -Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics, geometry, and trigonometry. -Experience in hardware design, electrical engineering, PCB design, PCB layout, microcontroller, schematic capture, and circuit design.
