Tasks

Join our team as a Sales Manager and take charge of driving growth and building lasting client relationships in the industrial sector. -Oversee the full sales cycle and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams -Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets -Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions -Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users -Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports -Develop and execute sales strategies for infrastructure-related electrical products

What You Bring

Are you an experienced sales leader with a strong background in electrical infrastructure projects? -10+ years of experience in the electrical segment (e.g., switchgears, transformers, lighting, wiring devices, earthing & lightning protection) -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering -5+ years of project sales experience in Middle East -Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
