Lead water infrastructure design, mentor staff, manage projects end-to-end.

Tasks

-Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline. -You will have the opportunity to get involved in coordinating, managing and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support. -Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects on time and within budget. -Lead the design on various water infrastructure projects including networks, wastewater treatment plant upgrades and renewals. -Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients and local, regional, and global AECOM colleagues as part of multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.

What You Bring

-Experience in leading project / technical teams. -Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng. -Demonstrated experience in water and/or wastewater projects within a dynamic consulting and design environment. -An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards. -Passion for delivering high quality work & excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.
