Install/replace electric meters and manage inventory for AMI projects in NY

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Submit weekly timesheets on time. -Test voltage with a voltmeter -Participate in D&A program -Ensure the safe operation of the company vehicle, equipment, and tools during the job. Includes maintaining a clean vehicle -Loading and unloading supplies for daily activities -Completing tasks within time frames set by the Field Supervisor and Project Manager

What You Bring

-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions -Electrical experience a PLUS -Use of an Ipad to document the meter installation/exchange. -Travel is required, including overnights across NY -Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions -Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round -Ability to kneel and work over the shoulders -Some mechanical and electrical aptitude a plus -Interact with courtesy and professionalism with client customers -Valid NYS driver license. Meet LaBella Vehicle eligibility requirements. -Being able to pass gas qualifying test -Ability to work over the shoulders and with various obstructions to the meter and in basements -Distribution Gas experience a PLUS
