Lead global MRO, facilities & utilities category management for $1.1B spend.

Tasks

-Oversee development / execution of strategies within assigned category spend group -Lead development of best in class category analytics specifically related to MRO, Facilities and Utilities. Ensure sustain 95%+ data categories at tier 3+ level -Support and leverage scale across company in other categories. -Lead and manage multi-functional stakeholder teams on specific strategic sourcing initiatives or projects -Drive best practices, measure, and track internal performance, monitor strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization, and drive value through supplier relationship management within the assigned category spend/group

-Thought leader, experience with external benchmarking to drive next level process improvements -Inspirational people leader, collaborative mindset in working across functional areas -Strong project management skills -Excellent influential abilities at all levels -Strong experience in MRO, facilities, and utilities -Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) -Significant experience directly leading teams -Sourcing or Analytics experience in a multinational company -For roles not in USA, this role requires significant experience comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) -Strong experience in Procurement processes and system integration projects -Strong track record for implementing change and delivering results -Major experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, or equivalent consulting experience -Strong analytical/problem solving skills -Strong experience in MRO, facilities and/or utilities -Comfortable with a broad range of research tools and technologies, analytics, and financial analysis -Demonstrated ability in leading large scale organizational, process, and culture change -MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering, or equivalent experience/ knowledge -For roles in USA, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in job family group/function) -Own corporate utilities sourcing process end-to-end, including hedging strategy, trigger points, sourcing of renewable energy, etc.
