Lead process engineering for HVAC manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Tasks

-Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flows. -Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams for smooth NPI. -Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity. -Analyze and control manufacturing cost drivers. -Lead initiatives for cycle time reduction, labor productivity, and energy efficiency. -Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for HVAC product assembly lines. -Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process-related issues and drive corrective actions. -Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for installation and commissioning of equipment. -Support pilot runs and validates new process capabilities for new models or variants. -Provide training on process control, safety, and lean tools. -Identify and evaluate manufacturing equipment needs, process automation, and tooling. -Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and technicians. -Ensure processes comply with quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). -Work closely with Quality Assurance for process audits and CAPA.

What You Bring

-Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt -Lean Manufacturing Certification -TPM, Kaizen, or TQM knowledge -8 to 15 years of total experience with relevant 8years into process engineering role.
