Tasks

-Document the transaction -Document any cancellations -Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members -Attend sales meetings as needed -Monitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc. -Maintenance all lot files/sales files -Execute policies to ensure compliance with the quality standards -Learn sale process under supervision of licensed Sales Representative -Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company -Demonstrate models/home/home sites -Track progress of loan, options and construction -Greet and qualify visitors -Respond to customer request for information
