Tasks

Carry out unsupervised maintenance and repairs and report any defects or unusual circumstances to the Supervisor Undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the NHS Trust Participation in the out of hours on call rota (vehicle provided) Carry out all works in compliance with EQUANS’s KPI’s and contract Ensure all PPM and Reactive work is carried out effectively in compliance with maintenance instructions and response and repair times Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installation, plant, and equipment. To deal with new situations as they arise and pass on knowledge to others. To inform immediate Supervisors of any delays or difficulties encountered Undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs of plant, services and physical assets including testing and routine fault finding -Carry out unsupervised maintenance and repairs and report any defects or unusual circumstances to the Supervisor -Undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the NHS Trust -Participation in the out of hours on call rota (vehicle provided) -Carry out all works in compliance with EQUANS’s KPI’s and contract -Ensure all PPM and Reactive work is carried out effectively in compliance with maintenance instructions and response and repair times -Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installation, plant, and equipment.
