Overview

Operate CNC machinery, maintain equipment, ensure quality and safety in HVAC manufacturing

Tasks

-Participate in toolbox talks & monthly training. -Prepare and operate CNC machinery to perform necessary production tasks. -Perform simple, routine maintenance of CNC machinery. (Foam Injection) -Gain knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation as well as plant safety rules to perform duties safely and in compliance with all KCC rules and regulations. -Complete accident and incident reports (near miss) in a timely manner. -Handle parts, tools, or controls: Frequently -Maintain inventory levels of consumable parts within the area. -Inspect parts for quality defects. -Assist in accident investigations (as needed) to identify the root cause in a timely manner. -Take every reasonable precaution for the protection of your coworkers. -Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly. -Take immediate action to address unsafe acts or conditions and report issues to management. -Reporting of defective equipment to Supervisor.
