Tasks

-Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. -Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote services. -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. -Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. -Generate and respond to RFPs, quotes, and proposals. -Identify new market opportunities within construction sites, events, festivals, disaster relief, and long-term rentals. -Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. -Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software and provide regular forecasts to leadership.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. -1–3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or service-based industries. -Flexibility to travel within assigned territory and occasionally attend trade shows/events. -TWIC card preferred. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to connect with decision-makers at all levels. -Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
