Business Systems Analyst - Unit 4

Overview

Implement and support Unit 4 ERP enhancements and provide 3rd line system support.

Tasks

-Identify areas of opportunity for future enhancement within the Unit 4 ERP product suites; -Provide support and assistance regarding systems implications of business process change; -As required, work with other internal systems project teams, to ensure tighter data sharing, and reduce duplication, inefficiency, and interface translation requirements; -Technical delivery of system enhancement, improvement and functionality projects; -Monitoring and managing interfaces -Enforce governance around QA, change management, documentation of solutions, maintain a knowledge base ensuring release and reference documentation is stored in central repository. -Test and document patches/ bug fixes before they are deployed to the live environment -This role is intended to be a hybrid role; the successful candidate will assume all the existing responsibilities of a Senior Business Systems Analyst. -Write test scripts and help to ensure quality of solution prior to user acceptance testing

What You Bring

-Have a clear understanding of the ERP support systems and how we can use it to our advantage; -Good secondary and/or equivalent education: A levels, HND/C or degree; -SQL experience and knowledge (Preferential) -Buro Happold has a clear strategic plan, strong learning culture and entrepreneurial mindset that will allow you to thrive. -Experience of working on and supporting ERP systems (preferably Unit 4) -Experience with integrations, point solutions and/or other ERPs; -Any Financial/HR related qualifications. -On premise experience transitioning to Cloud; -Ability to create, document and implement solutions based on a set of requirements. -Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and an ability to effectively liaise with 3rd parties to deliver solutions; -Prioritise workload based on severity and impact to customer and demonstrate a sense of urgency when handling tickets
