Overview

Supervise survey crew, manage equipment, coordinate projects, and provide CAD/GIS support.

Tasks

-Assist with preparation of plans and specifications. -Supervise the survey crew’s activities and use of equipment. Makes timely requests for equipment and other survey needs. -Provide design direction and guidance to technicians. -Collect and record electronic and written field notes. -Assist Instrument Operators and Survey Technicians with tasks and responsibilities -Coordinate with the field staff and office staff on project needs. -Provide CAD, GIS, or other computer software support and analysis. -Perform supporting calculations and provides the necessary research and supporting documentation to support the calculations. -Provide field and construction observation support, as necessary. -Assist with the preparation of reports, studies and other documentation.

What You Bring

-CAD experience required, MicroStation experience preferred. -GPS, Data collector, Total Station experience is required. -5-10+ years of relevant land surveying experience.
