Tasks

-Partner with manufacturing teams to develop and maintain process controls that improve yield and enhance product reliability. -Develop, validate, and sustain in-process inspection methods, test procedures, and acceptance criteria. -Drive structured problem-solving activities using data-driven tools and methodologies like 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, 8D, and DMAIC. -Lead investigations into production quality issues to identify root causes and drive effective corrective actions. -Participate in risk management activities. -Assist Manufacturing Engineers with control plan and process validations, including IQ, OQ, and PQ. -Establish and maintain statistical process control (SPC), measurement system analysis (MSA), and gage repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R) studies.
