MEP Project Manager

Tasks

-Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the business, its directors, and clients. -Share knowledge, expertise, and best practice in data centre project delivery. -Maintain professional communication and a positive image with colleagues, senior management, and clients. -Review tender returns and provide recommendations. -Drive team performance and enhance communication across the team. -Lead the delivery of M&E work packages in line with project programme, coordinating with the wider project team and subcontractors. -Manage the procurement of M&E packages, including setting and monitoring cost, scope, and time targets. -Provide training and guidance to staff in the delivery of major data centre projects. -Oversee the design of M&E systems from RIBA Stages 4 to 5. -Promote and support a strong, ethical, and collaborative team culture. -Work alongside project planners to develop and monitor a detailed programme for installation through to commissioning.
