Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Oversee daily operations of retail construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff to achieve project milestones. Work closely with project managers, estimators, and company leadership to support project planning and execution.

What You Bring

Are you a superintendent or construction professional with a background in site management, subcontractor coordination or construction project management who is looking to grow within an incredible, staff well-being focused, family-led business? Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and safety practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams. Proven experience as an Assistant Superintendent or similar role in retail/commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have experience as a superintendent or looking to move into a superintendent role visiting multiple sites and playing a key influential role in ensuring delivery and standards are met. Based in North Carolina, with flexibility for occasional travel to active sites within 75 mile radius.
