Tasks

Handing invoice rejections and credit and rebills Maintain SOP/ standard guide for complete invoicing process account wise and update it timely Timely and immediate update on invoice submission status in Navision Submit invoices by electronic data interchange Prepare and Issue invoices to customers Work closely with payroll & invoicing team and accelerate the invoice submission process Check each field on the invoices before submission Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as reference Assist Credit control in invoicing and collection of payment Continuous support into improvement of platforms for invoicing Meet the invoice delivery timelines Ensure all the supporting’s and backups are in place and attached to invoices Reconcile self-billed cases with customer approved timesheets, any mismatch in billing /payment to be sorted and ensure AR hygiene Send out statement of accounts to customer. “As an Invoicing Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing. What You Bring

Should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table) Should be excellent with both written and oral communication. Should have good accounting knowledge. Should have good analytical & process knowledge. Candidates must have minimum two years of relevant experience in invoicing.
