Tasks

-Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas -Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements -Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair -Paint and pick up grounds -Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner -Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• onsite experience
