Tasks

-Collaborate with corporate finance on strategic initiatives and process improvements. -Drive for continuous process improvement and efficiency. -Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and operational insights. -Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. -Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned regions. -Lead, coach, and develop regional accounting staff to build high-performing teams. -Oversee internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure audit readiness. -Oversee all regional accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. -Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. -Partner with operations and executive leadership to provide financial guidance and recommendations. -Maintain compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.

What You Bring

-Advanced proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Excel. -Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. -Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred). -8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3+ years in a controller or senior management role. -Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -The ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. -Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial leaders. -A strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture thinking. -Strong collaboration skills to partner with operations and executive teams. -Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams.
