Tasks

-Manage the invoice split queue and resolve Esker Teachings for assigned divisions within the Esker system. -Support AP for assigned division to ensure compliance with DOA, SOX Controls and nVent Accounts Payable Policy. -Serve as back up for all payment runs and Positive Pay decisioning for their assigned divisions. -Run, distribute and resolve GRNI reports on monthly basis. -Curate and update SharePoint documents as needed. -Work the Fresh Service queue for Esker user setups. -Handle the AP Mailbox RPA Bots. -Perform second verbal verifications on bank change requests, as needed.

What You Bring

-Accuracy skills, ability to work independently, and is a quick learner. -Ability to multi-task and enjoy variety of duties in fast paced environment. -Respectful and team oriented -Innovative & adaptable -Academic background in High School Diploma or equivalent experience and College accounting course work is preferred. -Previous experience working and communicating with Vendors on statement issues. -3-5+ years in or previous experience with high volume Accounts Payable experience preferred. -Ability to take initiative and use experience in AP to assist in decision-making skills.
