Scheduling Coordinator

Description

• Schedule Trades: Allocate in-house technicians and external suppliers, liaise with estimators and supervisors, and manage bookings with building stakeholders.
• Coordinate Repairs: Register new jobs, obtain client approvals, and maintain accurate records in our workflow system.
• Communicate Effectively: Keep clients informed, respond to queries promptly, and update client portals in line with SLAs.
• Administration: Handle calls, maintain spreadsheets, and complete ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee trade inductions and maintain service levels during peak periods.
• Manage Budgets: Monitor project budgets, seek approvals for variations, and ensure compliance with KPIs.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office; experience with workflow systems is an advantage.
• Experience in scheduling or repair coordination within maintenance, building, or construction.
