  • Assist in planning meetings and provide input for continuous improvement in scheduling processes
  • Prepare and present schedule updates, reports, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support project controls functions including cost tracking, resource loading, and earned value analysis
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other scheduling tools
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and superintendents to establish realistic and achievable schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company and client scheduling standards and reporting requirements
  • Track and analyze project progress, identifying critical paths, risks, and potential delays

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities
