Tasks

Ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures and governance. Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages. Manage the commercial function across assigned projects from pre-construction to final account. Maintain robust forecasting and financial control throughout all project phases. Produce accurate monthly valuations, variations, and cost reports. What You Bring

Commercially astute with strong attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of NEC or similar contract forms. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, ground engineering, piling, or infrastructure projects. Confident managing multiple packages and working independently.
