Tasks

-Collaborating and/or coordinating design teams consisting of multi-discipline design engineers, planners, and technicians. -Provide outstanding client service. -Coordination with clients, stakeholders, and funding agencies. -Project management of aviation design projects (airside and landside) related to new pavement construction, drainage improvements, utility relocation, sustainable design, and pavement rehabilitation projects.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of design software packages such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D -4+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with aviation project experience but not required -Some travel may be required (approximately 10% with occasional overnight) -Construction administration and oversite for aviation clients. -Previous experience working with a multi-disciplined team while overseeing project execution -Licensed pilot or other aviation-related experience -Project management of construction values up to +$2M -Proficient with Microsoft Office software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program -Licensed Professional Engineer -Experience in managing construction projects, preferably at airports but not required -Excellent written and oral communication skills
